V for Vendetta

V for Vendetta is a dystopian political thriller set in a futuristic Britain ruled by a fascist totalitarian government. The story follows a masked partisan named V, who initiates a rebellion against the oppressive regime, together with a woman named Evey, who finds herself involved in this plan. They use acts of sabotage, symbolic gestures, and poetic justice to address the public. At the same time, a detective called Stephen leads a desperate quest to stop them. V for Vendetta critiques authoritarianism and explores themes of resistance, freedom, identity, and the power of ideas or the inner voice.
